LOCATION
Located behind the gates of the world renowned Mauna Kea Beach Resort, overlooking the North Fairways of the Mauna Kea Golf Course, our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and showcases stunning Pacific Ocean, Maui, Kohala Mountain and Mauna Kea Golf Course views from nearly every room. Less than a mile walk to the beach with near ocean views, this beautiful private home is yours to discover and enjoy! Your personal, on island concierge is at your disposal while you stay!
CLUB AT MAUNA KEA
Beach and pool services are available with your Club at Mauna membership, as is charging privileges, reduced golf and tennis rates and access to the fitness centres at both Mauna Kea and Hapuna Resorts for the rate of $220/night effective January 1, 2023. The Club must be purchased for the exact dates of your stay and the rate is subject to change at any time. Personalized Concierge service is provided for your check in and out as well as for any questions or assistance needed during your entire stay.
PROPERTY & BEDROOMS
Six outdoor spaces at the property are available for your enjoyment including 2 lanais, 1000 sq ft upper deck, inner courtyard, pool deck and fitness deck. Expansive gourmet kitchen, interior open air courtyard, 2 outdoor showers, 1 outdoor stone tub, dry sauna and private pool.
Every one of the four bedrooms has it's own flat screen smart TV; three bedrooms have an adjoining bath and the fourth adjoins to the peaceful inner courtyard - that's three suites! Three bedrooms are in the main house and the fourth is in the pool/guesthouse. The guest house is located on the private pool deck with kitchenette and full bathroom It's the perfect spot for in-laws, nannies, older teenagers, young adult children or the fourth couple in the group. The guesthouse has a queen bed and queen sofa bed, so can sleep up to 4 people, with a covered lanai, sauna and outdoor shower.
Spread out within this open concept island home as there is lots of space for everyone to enjoy, with a living room, dining room, kitchen/bar, family room and large deck for sharing time together. There is also a private lanai off the living room, an inner courtyard with chaise loungers and an outdoor home gym area with a ping pong table, yoga equipment, weights and a fan bike. There is ample room and seating for everyone around the pool deck for lounging in the sun or shade.
Fast and consistent WiFi is present in every corner of the home, with a desk and desk lamp available for your use during your stay, as well as wireless printer. Perfect for any work that comes up while away!
